I started this before the new Beipiaosaurus specimen was described. If falcarius had fuz as long as Beipiaosaurus then it would look a little chunkier than what I have drawn. I didn't want to redraw it, but I did add in some quills. Oh and the head: the tip of the snoat isn't preserved in Falcarius and Beipiaosaurus seems to have a beak, I wasn't shure whether to give Falcarius one....
UPDATE 23/07/2010: Major update. The original of this image was based an GSP skeletal. I imagined the animal without perspective (or squashed perspective) to save time.
I later forgot that I had done this and added a background with perspective. It gave a misleading idea of the animals proportions.
This has been extensively modified based on mounts of the skeleton and Hartman's new skeletal.
